We are a community development corporation dedicated to building a better Kenmore by improving the quality of life in Akron’s second largest neighborhood through cultural, artistic, recreational and business revitalization within the historic Kenmore Boulevard business district.

The heart and soul of the Kenmore neighorhood, The BLVD is home to one of a kind dining destinations and unique shopping experiences. It is also Akron’s Music Row – home to multiple live music venues, guitar shops and recording studios. Bring your friends, family, and neighbors down to The BLVD for an authentic experience you won’t find anywhere else in Akron.
